If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please notify my at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within the 24 hours before the appointment begins will be charged 50% of the service fee. However if you are experiencing cold or flu symptoms please cancel as soon as possible and you will not be charged. No shows and appointments cancelled within the three hours before an appointment begins will be charged full price.
